Phased Payments

For complex events, such as Christmas parties, fango allows clients to hold tickets provisionally before a deposit is due. The system automatically emails guests with a payment link before their reservation period ends. If a deposit isn’t received, tickets can either be released automatically or flagged for follow-up by a team member.

Clients have full control over payment deadlines and can set automated reminders for phased payments, deposits, or provisional holds. Staff can edit deadlines at any time, including extending or marking events as off sale.
