Our demos typically last 30 minutes, however, following the demo, prospective clients are usually excited and often have additional questions! That’s absolutely fine! Can we access the system from anywhere?
Yes! FanGo is cloud-based so, providing you have an internet connection, users can access the system anytime, anywhere from any computer, tablet or mobile device
Are the reports customised?
Absolutely! To ensure each department’s needs are met, the FanGo team will work with relevant staff to tailor reports accordingly. All reports can be downloaded in real-time. If you have a preferred report format, simply send us a copy, and we’ll replicate it within the system. From then on, the system will generate the report automatically, which you can either download in real-time or schedule to be emailed directly to you
A “ticket type” refers to the specific combination of a ticket’s name, price, and availability. Utilising different ticket types can boost demand and broaden an event’s appeal to various audiences. For example, an event offering "General Admission Adult," "General Child," and "VIP" tickets has three distinct ticket types
Can my customers apply promo codes?
Yes! You have full control over generating promo codes. Existing clients have found the promo code feature easy for guests to use. Additionally, you can run marketing campaigns that track promo code usage, helping you identify the best channels for targeting your advertising
How soon can I start using the software after I give you the go ahead?
The lead time depends on the specific functionality you require, but for online ticketing and pre-ordering, it typically takes 5 business days. Our proactive team will begin work immediately upon your confirmation. During the process, we’ll regularly send you links to preview the platform so you can monitor progress and share feedback
Who is my point of contact after launch?
After launch, you’ll be assigned a dedicated account manager - no automated customer service here! We pride ourselves on providing exceptional support, and our entire team is friendly and available to assist you by phone, email, or text.
