Meet Us

Before launch, the FanGo team will meet you either at your venue or via an online call and provide a tailored demonstration of the system. We understand that each project and partnership is unique and all venues handle events slightly differently. That's why we take the time to listen and understand your specific requirements, offering you and your team the perfect opportunity to see the benefits of our event management system and ask any questions.


Development

Working closely with you throughout development, we send you regular links to our demonstration platform. This provides the perfect opportunity for you to give feedback and allows us to adjust your bespoke system to meet your exact requirements. We value open honest communication and foster a collaborative environment where everyone's input is valued.


Customer Service

Once your event booking system is launched, we provide 24/7 support, ensuring a smooth experience for all our clients. That's why we assign a dedicated account manager to be your primary point of contact throughout your partnership with us. The success of your system is our top priority and we pride ourselves on 5* Customer Service. Training

Whether you're a small venue, large event space or part of a chain, our training will be customised to meet your needs. We offer a range of in-person and/or online training and support. A complimentary training is delivered to empower your staff and provide the skills and confidence to use the system. With nothing to install on your computer and no hardware purchase required, our intuitive layout is easy to use. Your staff will quickly become familiar with the system's interface and confidently use it to manage your venue's events.


Launching Rocket

Within just 3 days, you can start utilising the full power of our platform. Enjoy the freedom to log in to our system from any computer, tablet, or mobile device, wherever and whenever you need it. No more manual spreadsheets or archaic paper forms! Designed for ease of use and flexibility, FanGo’s time-saving functionality helps you work smarter, not harder.

Basics

How long is a demo?
Our demos typically last 30 minutes, however, following the demo, prospective clients are usually excited and often have additional questions! That’s absolutely fine! We understand the importance of fully grasping all aspects of the software before making an investment and we welcome any questions you may have, even after the demo
Can we access the system from anywhere?
Yes! FanGo is cloud-based so, providing you have an internet connection, users can access the system anytime, anywhere from any computer, tablet or mobile device
Are the reports customised?
Absolutely! To ensure each department’s needs are met, the FanGo team will work with relevant staff to tailor reports accordingly. All reports can be downloaded in real-time. If you have a preferred report format, simply send us a copy, and we’ll replicate it within the system. From then on, the system will generate the report automatically, which you can either download in real-time or schedule to be emailed directly to you
What’s a “ticket type”?
A “ticket type” refers to the specific combination of a ticket’s name, price, and availability. Utilising different ticket types can boost demand and broaden an event’s appeal to various audiences. For example, an event offering "General Admission Adult," "General Child," and "VIP" tickets has three distinct ticket types
Can my customers apply promo codes?
Yes! You have full control over generating promo codes. Existing clients have found the promo code feature easy for guests to use. Additionally, you can run marketing campaigns that track promo code usage, helping you identify the best channels for targeting your advertising
How soon can I start using the software after I give you the go ahead?
The lead time depends on the specific functionality you require, but for online ticketing and pre-ordering, it typically takes 5 business days. Our proactive team will begin work immediately upon your confirmation. During the process, we’ll regularly send you links to preview the platform so you can monitor progress and share feedback
Who is my point of contact after launch?
After launch, you’ll be assigned a dedicated account manager - no automated customer service here! We pride ourselves on providing exceptional support, and our entire team is friendly and available to assist you by phone, email, or text. We encourage you to reach out with any questions at any time and we’re always happy to jump on a call to show you how to use a feature
Who handles the development?
FanGo has a full-time team of exceptional software engineers who manage every aspect of development in-house. We never outsource any work. All our engineers are fully qualified and trained to the highest standards, ensuring top-quality results

Security & Payments

How secure is FanGo?
FanGo Ltd is GDPR compliant and registered with the ICO. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry
Who processes the payments?
Stripe has been integrated within the FanGo system and provides the most secure and effective online payment service. Stripe is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider which is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry
How do you keep track of payments?
FanGo provides comprehensive financial reports detailing a full breakdown of each transaction. These reports are downloadable for staff with appropriate access rights
Can I refund a guest?
As our Clients set their own refund policies, this is entirely up to you, but you will have full control of guest refunds via the system
Is it too good to be true – are there any hidden fees?
At FanGo, we’re upfront about our fees from the very start. Our founders strongly disliked hidden charges, especially those that appear after a launch, so we’ve committed to a transparent and cost-effective pricing model. No other company can match FanGo's ability to develop streamlined bespoke systems
